Hans Bender

German parapsychologist who founded and directed the Institute for Frontier Areas of Psychology and Mental Health (IGPP) in Freiburg from 1950 until his death, and who led the parapsychological investigation of the Rosenheim case, attributing it to spontaneous psychokinesis.
