Mahon Royal Commission Report

Justice Peter Mahon's report, delivered 27 April 1981, finding the Erebus crash was caused by an unbriefed navigation-computer coordinate change and accusing Air New Zealand of an orchestrated cover-up; its dishonesty finding was set aside on natural-justice grounds by the Privy Council in 1983.
