Richard Doty

Former US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) counterintelligence agent who has said on record, including in interviews with journalist Greg Bishop and in the 2013 documentary Mirage Men, that he fed fabricated documents and disinformation to Paul Bennewitz and other UFO researchers in the early 1980s to discredit Bennewitz and protect classified programmes near Kirtland Air Force Base.
